How Long Does It Take For An Order To Ship?

Orders are only roasted after they are placed and usually arrive within 1 week. Please note shipping times have been longer due to COVID-19. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Which organizations do you support?

We donate 20% of our profits site-wide to organizations that focus on increasing people's access to philosophy. To help us partition our donations, we send a quarterly email out to our customers who are subscribed to our mailing list. Click here to read more about the organizations we support and why.

Where are my tracking number & order update emails?

Most commonly missing emails can be found in your spam/junk mailbox. To prevent these emails from being caught by your spam filter in the future please add orders@aposterioricoffee.com to your contact list.

If you still can't find your order updates get in touch with us and we'll figure out why ASAP.

Is your coffee ethically traded?

We make sure that all the coffee we sell is ethically traded. Click here to find out more about our coffee.

Is your coffee organic/strictly high grown/European Prep/etc.?

All relevant coffee certifications are listed in our product descriptions. If a label is not listed, it does not apply to that specific product.

Where can I modify/view my subscription details?

There are a couple of ways to do this:

  1. Open the link provided in the email that was sent to you about your subscription when you first subscribed.
  2. Log-in to your account with the same email you used to subscribe. You should be able to view/modify your subscription on your account details page.
